Operations Manager Program

Description Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company has immediate openings for our Operations Manager Program at any of our locations in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, or Texas. We are looking for candidates that have at least 5 years of operational management experience. In this role, you will complete Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company's management program, becoming accustomed to the basic duties and responsibilities of all operations, gain knowledge about company policies and procedures, and receive guidance in developing your management techniques. After the operations management program is complete, the Operations Manager will need to have the ability to relocate to any of the 5 states that Foxworth-Galbraith is located in, as a position becomes available. The Operations Manager will: o Optimize sales and profits at assigned operation.  Develop goals and objectives in conjunction with the Regional Vice President. o Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. Provide quality customer service through personal interaction with clients and through associates. Promote awareness of the Company and its products and services. o Manage inventory, property and equipment to ensure the Company's assets are adequately protected and to increase returns and minimize shrink. Identify trends and take proactive or remedial action to handle business situations. o Ensure the operation is staffed with qualified, motivated and engaged associates. Develop their maximum potential through regular coaching and training. The ideal Operations Manager Program candidate will have a minimum of five years of operational management experience in a lumber/building materials/manufacturing operation and experienceworking with national and custom builders or similar experience/education. The Operations Manager Program candidate, once completed training for an Operations Manager position, must be able to move to any of the 5 states that Foxworth-Galbraith is located as a position becomes available. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
