Summary:
Responsible for channeling all incoming calls into a multi-speciality healthcare facility and route to appropriate areas
Responsibilities:
Channels all incoming calls and routes to appropriate department.
Respond to emergency calls (code red, code blue, code purple) according to established procedures.
Uses paging system according to procedure.
Responsible for reporting phone system repairs.
Updates facility phone director.
Maintains schedule of physicians on-call,
Maintains all information in a confidential manner.
Performs other functions as required.
