As a Civil Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to residential and business addresses such as; subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other legal notices to individuals involved in a court case.
You will be working not only in Ruidoso, but in Lincoln County.
Responsibilities:
Serving individuals or businesses legal documents in a timely and efficient manner Keep accurate records of all served documents Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when serving legal documents Strong and effective communication is essential in this role This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
